Im looking to get in animation can some one help?

Ok im get a Bamboo Craft tablet but before i do i need to know more about software and editing like what should i use whats good whats bad i have a pc windows seven AND can someone tell me more about this tablet i know it come with software like Software DVD (containing Adobe® Photoshop® Elements 8.0 Win/Mac, Corel® Painter™ Essentials 4.0, Nik® Color Efex Pro™ 3.0 WE3) so ya any help will be great
