Inhaled primer dust will i be ok?

i was doing some primer sanding in a shop without a mask STUPID I KNOW, ill never do it again. its been about 2 months and the only thing i have noticed is about a week and a half ago i had some sinus problems like dry nose but its starting to get better every day. its not like i was sanding all day but i did sand on and off for about 2 hours got home and blew dust outta my nose a few times, i wanna know will i be ok? will i have future problems? its not like i work in it every day like painters and auto body workers so i should be fine right????
