Can i be a auto body painter?

hi i was thinking of starting a mobile autobody painting service. usually professional body painters charge 1200 and up for their services . iwanted to charge only 250 for cars and 350 for vans/trucks..... i found a nice spray gun online and all the other equipment professionals use. so i wanted to get a e150 white cargo van and have the company words and logos on it. soooo is that all i need do i need a buisness license or what? Do you think i will make alot of money
