I need help with an ED-E glitch PLEASE!?

ED-E is stuck in bloodbourne cavern and i can't go to sierra madre to get rid of him because i've already done it. i can't use the vault 22 fix cause i don't have access to"there stands the grass". I JUST bought honest hearts and i can't even do it because it says ED-E is with me. I don't have a previous save before entering because i didn't notice he was gone at first.. Oh. and i can't use the lucky 38 fix cause i already got rid of Mr. House for the NCR. if anyone has any way i can fix this please let me know. I'm on the 360.
