I think i have a phobia but im not sure?

every since i was little i have been terrified of water that i cant see through, even the thought of it or being stuck in water i cant see through freaks me out. even if its a fresh water spring, i cant go near it if it shadows at the bottom or dark plants or grassy plants at the bottom. sometimes when i watch tv or im at school, just a picture of people like in africa or china who go out on those huge black/green lakes and rivers on those tiny little canoes freak me out because i always imagine myself being trapped on it and not knowing what was beneath me. when i was little i had to go into this cavern with my family and there was water and it looked like glass and when i put my hand on it and didnt feel the bottom i absolutly freaked and then this guy told me that know one really knows how deep it is and i freaked out more and tried to stay away from it as much as possible.
