What auto jobs can i get with no experience on cars at all?

I am currently 18, and i am looking to go to college for autobody repair and refinishing, I really want to become a auto painter, but since college is about 3 months away, I really need a job, are there any auto jobs i can apply for that will hire me with no experience at all working on cars? Also how do I ask for a job, do I talk to the manager and ask for a application and give him a resume(which is nonexistant for me)? I am willing to work hard, and have no problem going through the learning process, or training. Thanks!
