How much to paint a 2 story wall 12 ft wide, along the stairs?

The front wall of my townhouse is about 12 ft wide, and goes up two stories. There's the front door on this wall, as well as half of the stairs, which are U Shaped. Since I don't have scaffolding. And can't imagine how I could cut it in the ceiling with a large ladder, I wanted to know what it might cost for a painter to come in. Thanks
