Help in Final Fantasy 7 Northern Caves?

Ok I have a problem. I'm like at the bottom of the caverns yeah? Well I want to know how to get OUT. Like during most of the Northern Caves I could just climb back out to get to the Airship. I'm at a place of gathering at the center of the planet. Is there a way I can get OUT of this place and get back to the airship? As of Yet I can't find one. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
